Project Scope:
This project involved the complete Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Kaeser Compressors along with designing the Aluminium Pipeline layout, finalizing the material BOQ, and Supply & Installation of the pipeline. The pipeline network was designed and installed using 63 MM, 40 MM & 20 MM Aluminium pipeline sizes to ensure efficient compressed air distribution across the facility.
Customer Requirement
The customer required a reliable and efficient compressed air system to support their manufacturing operations. The requirement included the supply, installation and commissioning of Kaeser Compressors along with a complete Aluminium Pipeline distribution network.
The pipeline system needed to be properly designed and routed to ensure consistent airflow, minimum pressure drop and reliable compressed air availability across different production areas.

The complete system was successfully installed, commissioned and tested to ensure reliable airflow, efficient distribution and dependable long-term performance.
