This project involved the complete Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Kaeser Compressors along with designing the Aluminium Pipeline layout, finalizing the material BOQ, Supply & Installation of pipeline. Pipeline sizes implemented were 63 & 20 MM .
Customer Requirement
The customer required a complete compressed air distribution system for their manufacturing facility. The objective was to establish a reliable compressed air infrastructure capable of supporting production operations with consistent airflow and dependable performance.
The system required proper pipeline planning, material BOQ finalization, installation and commissioning to ensure an efficient and reliable compressed air distribution network.
Kaeser Compressor & Aluminium Pipeline Implementation
Our engineering team delivered a complete compressed air solution by supplying and commissioning Kaeser Compressors along with designing and installing the Aluminium Pipeline network.
The pipeline layout was designed and the material BOQ was finalized according to the customer's requirements. Aluminium pipeline sizes of 63 MM & 20 MM were supplied and installed for efficient compressed air distribution.
The complete system was successfully commissioned and tested to ensure stable operation, dependable performance and long-term reliability.
