Project Scope:
This project involved the complete Supply, Installation & Commissioning of Kaeser Compressors along with designing the Aluminium Pipeline layout, finalizing the material BOQ, Supply & Installation of pipeline. Pipeline sizes implemented were 200, 150, 100, 80, 50, 40, 25 & 20 MM.
Customer Requirement
The customer required a complete compressed air distribution system for a greenfield manufacturing facility. The objective was to build a reliable, energy-efficient compressed air infrastructure capable of supporting production operations with consistent airflow, minimal pressure drop, and future scalability.
The system needed to be carefully planned from the initial design stage, ensuring optimum pipeline routing, proper compressor selection, and smooth commissioning while following global engineering standards.
Kaeser Compressor & Aluminium Pipeline Implementation
Our engineering team delivered a complete turnkey compressed air solution by supplying and commissioning a Kaeser Industrial Compressor along with designing and installing a high-quality aluminium pipeline network.
After evaluating the plant layout, the pipeline routing and material BOQ were finalized to achieve maximum airflow efficiency while minimizing pressure losses. Aluminium pipeline sizes of 200 MM, 150 MM, 100 MM, 80 MM, 50 MM, 40 MM, 25 MM & 20 MM were installed based on the air demand across different production areas.
The entire compressed air system was successfully commissioned and tested to ensure stable operation, dependable performance, and long-term reliability for the customer's manufacturing facility.
