Sanjay Tools & Accessories Private Limited has a solid Carbide Tools manufacturing unit under the brand name EAZYCUT. Also, for the Kaeser Compressor division & 3M Abrasives, we offer maintenance services 7 days a week. Our product range depicts our commitment to providing high-performing, standard solutions.

Late Shri Pandurang Shriram Shirodkar (1939-2016)

A distinguished alumnus of Pune University, Shri Shirodkar proudly served at Kirloskar Oil Engines Ltd until 1982. In 1983, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a modest capital of Rs 20,000, he ventured into his own industrial supply business.

His rapid success was a testament to his relentless work ethic, boundless positive thinking, and an unparalleled ability to connect with people.

Shri Shirodkar believed deeply in valuing individuals, often proclaiming, “People are our biggest asset and investment in life.” His respect, love, and belief in humanity laid the foundational ethos for the Sanjay Group of Companies.

Our History

1983

Sanjay Tools & Accessories started from humble beginnings by the late Mr. P S Shirodkar with only 20,000/- Rs.

1993

  • Mr. Sanjay P Shirodkar joined business.
  • Created an association with Sandvik as the first step towards shifting from general trading to value selling.

1995

 Became the best distributor for Sandvik, a title maintained since.

2000

Sanjay Tools expanded its operations in Nashik with a new office space.

2003

 Sanjay Tools officially became a private company.

2006

STAPL expands to new marketing office.

2007

Started representing 3M, one of the world’s biggest multinational conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, U.S. health care, and consumer goods.

2008

Started representing Exxon Mobil, one of the world’s largest publicly traded international oil and gas companies Received the Circle of Excellence Award from Exxon Mobil.

2011

Implemented SAP – B1, an ERP software to enhance efficiency in operations.

2012

 Started service vertical by representing KAESER, a german company which manufactures compressed air and vacuum products Expanded operations across India by having contracts for exclusive representation and the STA-Brand.

2014

Rapid expansion lead to again shifting the marketing office.

2017

Rapid online growth segments, lead to starting an E-commerce division.

2018

 Once again received the circle of excellence award from Exxon Mobil.

2019

Won the ISMC Global Award from 3M.

2020

Focus towards customers lead to implementation of Zoho CRM.

2021

 Fueling business growth lead to launch of online sales portal for B2B & B2C segments.

2022

STAPL continues to grow and add milestones.
